REMINDER to renew your membership if it was due on 31st December 2023. – You have until 28th January to renew without incurring an admin charge and losing your current membership number.
(Due to a previous system about 60% of membership is due on 31st December, so this will not apply to more recent members – if you haven’t received a recent reminder, then ignore this, until you get your reminder during the month you first joined).
Remember: Non-Renewals will also fall off the email list for newsletters and come off the Facebook page, as both are members only. If you are having any concerns, let us know and we’ll help.

Region Meets for January and February
1.North Wales (Coast): Four Crosses, Menai Bridge, Anglesey, LL59 5RP from 7pm on 1st Monday of the month. (Myrddin). 5th February.
2. Shropshire: The Cock Inn, Main Road, Hanwood, SY5 8LY Adam) at 7pm on 2nd Thursday of the month. 11th January and 8th February.
3. North Wales (West): White Lion in Machynlleth, 10, Pentrerhedyn St, SY20 8DN at 1pm on the 2nd Sunday of the month. (Sam) 14th January; and 11th February
4. North Wales (East): The Swan, Gwernymynydd, Mold CH7 4AR at 6.30 on 3rd Sunday of the month. (Colin) 21st January and 18th February, note: this is also the date of our AGM.
Christmas Party Saturday 13th January 7pm til late. Held at The Carriages, Cambrian Works, Gobowen Rd, Oswestry SY11 1HS. This is SOLD OUT, but if you missed to get a ticket, let Al or Jason know and they’ll put you on a reserve list. Likewise, if you find you cannot attend, please let us know so the ticket can go to someone else. HAVE TO GOT RAFFLE PRIZES THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO DONATE?
R29 Region AGM is on Sunday 18th February 2024 at 2pm to 4pm at Ruthin Rugby Club, Pavilion Cae Ddol, Ruthin LL15 2AA. If you want lunch beforehand, there are facilities in the town, including The Castle Hotel, Wetherspoon at St Peter's Square, Ruthin LL15 1AA. Nominations for positions need to be submitted to Trish or Al by 1st February.
H-DRCGB AGM is on Saturday 9th March – It’s always good to get a Region turnout for this and see how the national Club is run; and to vote on who is leading the Club.
Region camping weekend booked for 17-19th May 2024 at the Green Inn, Llangedwyn SY10 9JW. Pre-sale not compulsory but let us know if you are interested when we put the event up on social media.
Region Rally 1-4th August at Ruthin Rugby Club, Pavilion Cae Ddol, Ruthin LL15 2AA This will be included on the Club Rally Calendar and will be open to all members. It will be limited numbers and pre-sale tickets only, from Mid-March.
