Hello to all members of Region 17
The Region 17 AGM will be held on 19th November 2023 @11am at the Old Wives Lees Village Hall, Long Hill, Canterbury, Kent, CT4 8BN
The Old Wives Lees Hall venue has been selected as it is the most centrally located, and available venue for the greatest number of members, located outside of the M25.
If you would like to attend or vote, you must bring your membership card (physical or digital)
If you would like to stand for the rep, or an assistant rep role, please submit your nomination onto the Region 17 Forum page using the subject line "Standing for the Region 17 committee", this should include your name, membership number and a brief sentence about why you want to do this - as not everyone knows everyone in the region.
Club members from other regions are very welcome to attend as observers.
